Massachusetts Promises Crackdown on Marijuana DUIs

Massachusetts officials promised a crackdown Thursday on marijuana-impaired driving as the state prepared for full implementation of the voter-approved law legalizing adult use of recreational pot.

Despite Popularity, Scientists Are Still Looking for Reliable Marijuana DUI Test

This spring, 16 state patrol officers from Colorado and Wyoming took a couple days off their usual work schedule to do something special. They assembled in a hotel conference room in Denver.
